10 YEARS LATER, LITTLE ADEMITOLA REUNITES WITH TOE

The year was 2010.  Little Ademitola had accompanied his mother to the #UBAJoggingToBond, a group wide quarterly bonding event which usually has staff came out with their family.

In his usual fashion, TOE went round bonding with staff and taking pictures too. It was in the course of bonding; that he took a picture with little Ademitola who was just a few months’ old.

From what started as a mother’s request in the comment section, Ademitola, now a smart and confident 10-year old boy got to meet TOE again yesterday.

With all the confidence in the world, the 10-year-old walked into the Chairman’s office with so much excitement on his face.

TOE couldn’t help but notice his confidence he said to him ‘I see you are growing up to be a big boy and I love your confidence level. Keep making me proud’.

Ademitola had his mother’s phone in his hand which still had a YouTube video from one of TOE’s speeches playing. He asked just almost immediately he had greeted him; “How can I become a billionaire like you?”.

The room roared with laughter but trust Chairman to drop some very useful nuggets for the young soon to be billionaire. He said;

1. Be very disciplined and hardworking, always listen to your parents

2. Take your academics seriously, no slacking including in your extra-curricular activities

3. Be competitive. Anything you do, do it well

4. Read a lot, build your knowledge. Books are food for your brain.

We bet Ademitola will never forget these words and will definitely never forget this day!
