Consistency is an important aspect to working from home. To achieve this, you may want to dedicate a specific room or space in your home to work.

4. Take breaks.


Schedule time for frequent breaks throughout the day. Sitting for a long time is stressful and will sap your energy. Take occasional breaks to clear your mind and step away from the desk.
